The following devices have been tested and work with SlingPlayer. You may also find that other devices meet the system requirements and work just fine. If your device is not listed, we recommend that you take advantage of our free trial.
While these devices are supported by SlingPlayer for Palm, we strongly recommend you connect to your Slingbox using a 3G cellular or Wi-Fi connection that meets our minimum network download speed requirements of 250Kbps for optimal viewing experience.

Slingbox Requirements:
Slingbox is required to use SlingPlayer for Palm. To check your Slingbox firmware version, select your Slingbox from the directory in the SlingPlayer desktop application, and go to Edit Properties > Information Tab.
- Remote viewing enabled
- Slingbox CLASSIC firmware 1.0.96 or later
- Slingbox TUNER firmware 1.0.8 or later
- Slingbox AV firmware 1.0.9 or later
- Slingbox SOLO firmware 1.0.6 or later
- Slingbox PRO firmware 1.0.11 or later
- Slingbox PRO-HD firmware 1.01.320 or later
- Note: The latest version of SlingPlayer desktop application has a firmware version that meets this minimum requirement

System Requirements:
- A Windows or Mac OS computer on a home network with latest version of SlingPlayer desktop application installed (for setting up remote viewing for Slingbox)
- A high-speed (broadband) Internet connection of at least 250 Kbps upstream speed at home

Device Requirements:
To check the operating system version you have on your Pocket PC device, go to Start > Settings > System Tab > About. The version must start with 4.21 to use SlingPlayer for Palm.
